Our application regarding two bank bonds issuance in the nominal amount of TL 450 million with a maturity of 101 days and in the nominal amount of TL 300 million with a maturity of 178 days was registered by the Capital Markets Board on September 26, 2012
In case of excess demand, the issuance of bank bonds in the aggregate nominal amount of TL 750 million will be increased to the nominal amount of TL 950 million. Offering circulars regarding the issuance of bank bonds were approved by the Capital Markets Board on September 26, 2012.
Book building of Garanti Bank bonds will take place on October 02-03-04, 2012.
