Employee Compensation Policy
Our Bank adopts a compensation policy for its employees, which is in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Act of Turkey No. 4857 ("Turkish Labor Act").
Accordingly, our employees and in case of their death, their legal heirs are entitled to a severance pay in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Labor Act of Turkey No 1475, which is still in force pursuant to Provisional Article 6 of the Turkish Labor Act.
Moreover, pursuant to Article 17 of the Turkish Labor Act, if our Bank terminates the employment contracts of employees which are executed for an indefinite period without giving a notice of termination within the legal notice period, such employees are entitled to a termination pay.
