At the Board of Directors’ Meeting, the Board of Directors acknowledged the receipt of and accepted the resignation letters of Mr. Angel Cano Fernandez and Manuel Castro Aladro. The legal procedures in this regard are being fulfilled by our Bank. Furthermore, the process relating to nomination of candidates for the vacant memberships is still ongoing.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
