Garanti signed a loan agreement worth €20 million with 4 years maturity as part of the second phase of Small Enterprise Loan Programme (SELP II) initiated by the European Union, and implemented in cooperation with the Turkish Treasury, the Council of Europe Bank (CEB), KfW – Entwicklungsbank.
