Bond Issuance Application
Pursuant to the offering circular which was approved on May 08, 2013, our Bank has applied to the Capital Markets Board to issue bank bonds and/or debentures in domestic market in the aggregate nominal amount of TL650 million from the issuance limit amounting to TL6.7 billion in total and to increase the amount of public offering to the nominal amount of TL 900 million in case of excess demand.
