Announcement regarding to sale and transfer of non performing loans portfolio
Our Bank has sold its non-performing loan portfolio receivables arising from credit cards, general purpose loans, overdraft loans, commercial loans, cheque accounts, insurance receivables and expenses in the total principal amount of 294,057,190.49 -TL as of November 15, 2017 to Sümer Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. and Hayat Varlık Yönetim AŞ. for a total consideration of TL 17,450,000.00.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
