Announcement regarding the independent board member candidate
In accordance with the proposal of the Corporate Governance Committee, it has been resolved by our Bank's Board of Directors that Mrs. Belkıs Sema Yurdum be nominated as the independent board member at the Ordinary General Assembly. In line with the relevant legistlation, the independent board member candidate has been submitted for the opinion of the Capital Markets Board and the Board has decided not to notify any adverse opinion.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
