Announcement regarding the distribution of the profit of the year 2010
The Board of Directors of our Bank has resolved on March 3, 2011 that;
*the distribution of the profit of the year 2010 in the amount of TL 3,145,232,842.38 after the tax deduction in accordance with the “Article 45 - Distribution of the Profit” of the Articles of Association of the Bank (which is to be distributed as follows: the distribution of a cash gross dividend in the amount of TL570,000,000 in total equivalent to 13.57% of the paid-in capital of the Bank (which is TL4,200,000,000) consisting of first cash gross dividend in the amount of TL210,000,000 equivalent to 5% of the Bank’s paid-in capital and second cash gross dividend in the amount of TL360,000,000)
*The credit of the amount of TL2,360,974,846.41 to the account of Extraordinary Reserve Fund’s account which remained after setting aside the funds to be statutorily set aside and saved in the Bank,
*The authorization of the Head Office to initiate on April 11, 2011 the distribution of cash gross dividend and conduct the operations regarding the issue,
be submitted for the approval of our shareholders during the Ordinary General Shareholder’s Meeting. The profit distribution table for the year 2010 is attached hereto.
