Announcement regarding the appointments of Board and Credit Committee members
The Board of Directors of our Bank approved the following matters;
- the resignation of Board Member Ahmet Kamil Esirtgen from the Board of Directors and appointment of Sait Ergun Özen to the Board of Directors effective as of September 2nd, 2015;
- appointment of Maria Isabel Goiri Lartitegui as the principal member of the Credit Committee to replace Süleyman Sözen following his resignation from the Credit Committee;
- appointment of Javier Bernal Dionis as the alternate member of the Credit Committee replacing Ahmet Kamil Esirtgen following his resignation from the Board of Directors of our Bank.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
