Announcement regarding the appointment of the Board Members and Audit Committee Members
It is resolved that Manuel Pedro GALATAS SANCHEZ-HARGUINDEY be appointed to the membership of the Board of Directors' representing Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. vacated as a result of the resignation of Jose Maria GARCIA MEYER DOHNER and such appointment be submitted for the approval at the first General Assembly to be held. It is further resolved that Manuel Pedro GALATAS SANCHEZ-HARGUINDEY be elected as member of the Audit Committee vacated as a result of resignation of Jose Maria Garcia MEYER DOHNER.
