Announcement regarding the appointment of Corporate Governance Committee member
Our Bank’s former Executive Vice President Aydın Şenel has resigned from his duties and his membership in the Corporate Governance Committee has terminated. Therefore, the Senior Vice President of the Bank’s Investor Relations Department, Handan Saygın, is determined as the Investor Relations Unit manager and a Corporate Governance Committee member by our Bank’s Corporate Governance Committee, in accordance with the Capital Markets Board’s corporate governance principals.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
