Announcement regarding the application to Capital Markets Board to issue bank bonds
Pursuant to the offering circular which was approved on May 08, 2013, we applied to the Capital Markets Board to issue bank bonds in domestic market in the aggregate nominal amount of TL750 million from the issuance limit amounting to TL6.7 billion in total and to increase the amount of public offering to the nominal amount of TL 1.25 billion in case of excess demand.
