Announcement regarding the application to Capital Markets Board and BRSA to issue bank bonds and/or debentures
It has been announced that The Board of Directors of the Bank has adopted a resolution on November 5, 2015 to authorize the Head Office for the issuance of bank bonds and/or debentures up to the aggregate amount of TL 12,000,000,000.- (Twelve Billion Turkish Lira) in Turkish Lira currency with different types and maturity dates, to be sold domestically by public offering in one or more issuances, and accordingly to make and fullfil necessary applications and conduct any and all acts before relevant authorities.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail
