Following our applications dated January 19, 2011 to Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and Capital Markets Board regarding the amendments of the Articles 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 49, Provisional Clause and Provisional Clause 2 of the Articles of Association of the Bank in order to comply with the legislation, the amendment texts approved by Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and Capital Markets Board have been submitted in the attached document and the such process is still ongoing.
