Announcement regarding the Global Medium Term Notes Program
Pursuant with the Capital Markets Board approval dated 7 February 2014 ; T. Garanti Bankası A.S has been authorized regarding (i) the public offering of 95-day maturity bank bonds in the nominal amount of 350,000,000 TL, 122-day maturity bank bonds in the nominal amount of 150,000,000 TL and 388-days maturity discounted bonds in the nominal amount of 250,000,000 TL (in total 750,000,000 TL nominal amount) and, (ii) the increase of the public offering issuance amount up to a nominal amount of 750,000,000 TL, in case of an excess demand from investors.
On 13 February 2014 , the Simple Interest Rate of 95-day Garanti Bank Bonds has been determined as 10.89707%, Compound Interest Rate as 11.34396% and Selling Price as 97.242 TL and as to 122--day Garanti Bank Bonds has been determined as 11,00217%, Compound Interest Rate as 11.41001% and Selling Price as 96.453 TL and as to 388-day Discounted Bond Simple Interest Rate has been determined as 11.60434%, Compound Interest Rate as 11.56365%, and Selling Price as 89.019 TL.
As a result of the public offering bookbuilding process held on 11-12-13 February 2014; the total amount of demand from investors to the bank bonds and discounted bonds issuance was 937,035,328 TL nominal and the total issuance amount has been increased to a nominal amount of 937,035,328 TL.
The demand and distribution amounts related to the public offering on the basis of investor groups and the details of the number of investors who became entitled to take bank bonds and discounted bonds are presented in the table attached.
