Announcement regarding the Capital Markets Board’s approval to issue bank bonds
Pursuant to the offering circular which was approved on May 08, 2013, our application to issue bank bonds in domestic market in the aggregate nominal amount of TL750 million from our issuance limit amounting to TL6.7 billion in total and to increase the amount of public offering to the nominal amount of TL950 million in case of excess demand, was approved by the Capital Markets Board.
