Announcement regarding the Capital Markets Board's approval to issue bank bonds
Pursuant to the offering circular which was approved on February 7, 2014, our application to issue bank bonds and discounted bonds in domestic market in the aggregate nominal amount of TL 750 million from our issuance limit amounting to TL 12 billion in total and to increase the amount of public offering to the nominal amount of TL 1,100 million in case of excess demand, was approved by the Capital Markets Board.
