Announcement regarding the BRSA approval for the transfer of T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş shares
As previously disclosed on 19.11.2014 Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (“BBVA”) and Doğuş Group have entered into an agreement with respect to acquisition of an additional %14.89 stake in T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. and that the applications for the regulatory approvals required in and outside of Turkey have been made. In this regard we have been informed that the Banking Regulatory Supervisory Authority has approved the acquisition. The process for the other regulatory approvals required in and outside of Turkey is still pending. All developments relating to these approvals will be disclosed in accordance with the applicable rules.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
