Our Bank has sold its non - performing loan portfolio receivables arising from credit cards, general purpose loans, overdraft loans and expenses in the total principal amount of TL 207,030,766.73 as of November 22, 2016, to Güven Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for a t otal consideration of TL 14,600,000.00; and non - performing portfolio commercial receivables arising from commercial loans, credit cards, cheque accounts, insurance receivables, overdraft loans and expenses in the total principal amount of TL 203,583,441. 44 as of November 24, 2016 to Sümer Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for a total consideration of TL 2,500,000.00.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
