Announcement regarding former public disclosures that are not yet resolved
Public disclosure in accordance with Article 23 of the Communique on Public Disclosures (II. 15.1) issued by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey;
It was announced on February 06, 2014 that the payment of the premiums deducted from the investment funds, which was notified by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund, has been made with reserve and a lawsuit has been filed against such decision. Such lawsuit is still pending and further developments will be shared with the public.
Moreover, the lawsuit regarding the tax penalty mentioned in our disclosure dated May 20, 2013 and the lawsuit regarding the administrative fines imposed by the Turkish Competition Board mentioned in our disclosure dated October 21,2011 and March 11, 2013, are still pending. Further developments will be shared with the public.
