The payment of the premium and default interest amounts under the Saving Deposit Insurance Fund’s administrative decision which has been disclosed to the public by our notification dated 09.01.2014 and no. 1918/06, has been made by our Bank with reserve, and a lawsuit has been filed against such decision.
