Announcement regarding approval of cancellation of trading and derivatives licenses
Re: Our Bank’s public disclosure dated January 5, 2016
Our Bank's application approval regarding the renewal of the activity licenses under the Capital Market Law No. 6362 to the Capital Markets Board of Turkey in accordance with the Communiqué III-37.1 on Principles Regarding Investment Services, Activities and Ancillary Services has been announced in our disclosure mentioned above.
The Bank’s “Intermediation in Off-the Securities Exchange Trading License” dated 04.02.1997 and no. 55, and “Intermediation in Derivatives Trading License” dated 12.04.2006 and no. 99 which have been cancelled by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, have been deregistered from Turkish Trade Registry on January 18, 2016 and such deregistration will be published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
