Announcement regarding application to the CMB to issue TL denominated bank bonds and/or debentures

In accordance with our announcement numbered 137 and dated December 14, 2010, it had been announced that Our Bank has applied to Capital Markets Board to issue TL denominated bank bonds and/or debentures up to an amount of TL 3,000,000,000 (three billion Turkish Lira), in varying maturities, in domestic markets.
In this regard, the registration of bank bonds and/or debentures has been published in Capital Markets Board’s weekly bulletin numbered 2011/2.
