Announcement regarding Summary Prospectus
The “Summary” approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey on May 28, 2015, regarding to public offering of bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 250,000,000 with a maturity of 102 days, and in the nominal amount of TL 150,000,000 with a maturity of 168 days and discounted bonds in the nominal amount of TL 200,000,000 with a maturity of 371 days is enclosed herewith.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
