Announcement regarding Capital Markets Board application to issue bond
Pursuant to the offering circular which was approved on January 23, 2015, our application to issue bank bonds and discounted bonds in domestic market in the aggregate nominal amount of TL 900 million from our issuance limit amounting to TL 12 billion in total and to increase the amount of public offering to the nominal amount of TL 1.350 million in case of excess demand, was made to the Capital Markets Board.
