The amendment in the Articles of Association of our Bank approved by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, the Capital Markets Board of Turkey and the Ministry of Customs and Trade is shown in the attached document.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
