Announcement Regarding Results of Bond Issuance
Pursuant with the Capital Markets Board approval dated 8 January 2014 ; T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş has been authorized regarding (i) the public offering of 150-day maturity bank bonds in the nominal amount of 150.000.000 TL and 388-days maturity discounted bonds in the nominal amount of 400.000.000 TL (in total 550.000.000 TL nominal amount) and, (ii) the increase of the public offering issuance amount up to a nominal amount of 750.000.000 TL, in case of an excess demand from investors.
On 16 January 2014 , the Simple Interest Rate of 150-day Garanti Bank Bonds has been determined as 9,25483%, Compound Interest Rate as 9,50847% and Selling Price as 96,336 TL and as to 388-day Discounted Bond Simple Interest Rate has been determined as 10,71326% , Compound Interest Rate as 10,67847%, and Selling Price as 89,776 TL.
As a result of the public offering book building process held on 14-15-16 January 2014; the total amount of demand from investors to the bank bonds and discounted bonds issuance was 877.532.353 TL nominal and the total issuance amount has been increased to a nominal amount of 750.000.000 TL.
The demand and distribution amounts related to the public offering on the basis of investor groups and the details of the number of investors who became entitled to take bank bonds and discounted bonds are presented in the table attached.
