Announcement Regarding Draft Capital Market Instrument Note
It was announced on December 10, 2013 that our Bank has applied to issue Bonds and Debentures domestically at various maturities in term of Turkish Lira within the amount of 12 bn TL, within 1 year time period.
Within this context, “Draft Capital Market Instrument Note” is released that is submitted to the approval of Capital Markets Board, regarding the debt instruments which can be issued in the amount of 12 bn TL, within 1 year time period.
