Announcement Regarding Changes to the Membership of Remuneration Committee and Establishment of Risk Committee
Mr. Sait Ergun Özen and Mr. Vicente Maria Rodero have been appointed as the new members of the Remuneration Committee.
A Risk Committee has been established to oversee the Bank´s risk management policies and practices, including the alignment with its strategic objectives and management’s ability to assess and manage the various risks present in its activities, as well as all other risk management functions envisioned under the applicable laws and regulations, and Mr. Süleyman Sözen, Ms. Maria Isabel Goiri Lartitegui and Mr. Javier Bernal Dionis have been appointed as the members of the Risk Committee.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
