Syndicated Loan Facility
Our Bank has signed a syndicated loan agreement with 367-days maturity comprising of two separate tranches in the amount of US$ 468,000,000 and € 805,500,000 on 4th May 2017. The loan which will be used for trade finance purposes has been executed with commitments received from 38 banks from 16 countries. The all-in cost has been realized as Libor+1.45% and Euribor+1.35% respectively.
