Authorization of Head Office regarding Treasury Financing Transactions
In order for T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. to be granted a funding up to an amount of USD 500 million for a term of up to five years; the Board of Directors has resolved that the treasury financing transaction including the assignment of rights and receivables of our Bank by way of security arising from banking activities and securities in our Bank’s securities portfolio, be performed and the Head Office be authorized to sign and execute any and all agreements, letters, demands, notices, instructions, reports, statements and any other documents in relation thereto.
