Announcement regarding the results of the public offering of the bank bonds

In accordance with the approval of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey dated November 7, 2013, T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. has been authorized to issue two bank bonds and a discounted bank bond in the aggregate nominal amount of TL 750 million; consisting of bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 350 million with a maturity of 91 days, bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 100 million with a maturity of 140 days and a discounted bank bond in the nominal amount of TL 300 million with a maturity of 370 days, and to increase the amount of public offering from the nominal amount of TL 750 million to the nominal amount of TL 900 million in case of excess demand.

On November 14, 2013, the issue price of the bank bond with a maturity of 91 days was determined as TL 97.950, at a simple yield of 8.39462% and a compound yield of 8.94300%, the issue price of the bank bond with a maturity of 140 days was determined as TL 96.768, at a simple yield of 8.70772% and a compound yield of 8.94300%, and the issue price of the discounted bank bond with a maturity of 370 days was determined as TL 91.196, at a simple yield of 9.52347% and a compound yield of 9.51745%

As a result of book building dated November 12-13-14, 2013 the total demand from the investors for the bank bonds and discounted bank bond in the total nominal amount of TL 750 million was in the nominal amount of TL 914,406,235. The amount of total issuance is increased to TL 900,000,000.

The issuance and allocation amounts of the bank bonds and discounted bank bond regarding the public offering and the number of investors who gained the right to buy bank bonds are presented in the attached table.
