Announcement regarding the distribution of the profit of the year 2009
The Board of Directors has resolved on March 13, 2010 that the distribution of the profit of the year 2009 in the amount of TL 2,962,241,033.48 after the tax deduction in accordance with the “Article 45 - Distribution of the Profit” of the Articles of Association of the Bank, as it is detailed in the attached table and the authorization of the Board of Directors regarding the timing of the distribution of the profit be submitted for the approval of the Bank’s shareholders at the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting which will be held on April 01, 2010.
