Announcement regarding the Share Transfer Approval by Turkish Competition Authority
With respect to the share transfer between Doğuş Group and BBVA disclosed on 19.11.2014 the process to obtain the necessary local and international approvals is still ongoing. In this regard, the Turkish Competition Authority has approved the share transfer. The approval process of other regulatory bodies relating to the aforementioned transaction is still ongoing.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version
shall prevail.
