Announcement regarding revised declaration of responsibility
The responsibility statement regarding the Consolidated and Unconsolidated Financial Statements,Independent Auditor’s Report and year-end activity report of our Bank for the period between 01.01.2015 - 31.12.2015, has been revised as attached herewith in accordance with Article 9 of the Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets issued by Capital Markets Board of Turkey.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
