Announcement regarding prospectus – Capital Markets Intermediary Note
Our application regarding the issuance of bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 220,000,000 with a maturity of 66 days and in the nominal amount of TL 70,000,000 with a maturity of 119 days was approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey on Sep 11, 2015.
In case of excess demand, the issuance of bank bonds in the total nominal amount of TL 220,000,000 will be increased up to a total nominal amount of TL 330,000,000. The “Capital Markets Intermediary Note”, approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey regarding the issuance of bank bonds is enclosed herewith.
Book-building of bank bonds will take place on Sep. 15-16-17, 2015
