Announcement regarding completion of the Diversified Payment Rights Securitization
Our bank has secured a financing in the amount of EUR 50 million and USD 225 million with the transaction completed under its Diversified Payment Rights securitization program on June 28th, 2011. The funding is granted directly by SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc., WestLB AG and Wells Fargo Securities LLC in the amount of USD 225 million with 5 years maturity and by Standard Chartered Bank in the amount of EUR 50 million with 5 years maturity.
