Announcement regarding application to issue bank bonds and discounted bonds
Pursuant to the offering circular which was approved on January 8, 2016, our application to issue bank bonds and discounted bonds in domestic market in the aggregate nominal amount of TL 275 million from our issuance limit amounting to TL 12 billion in total and to increase the amount of public offering to the nominal amount of TL 400 million in case of excess demand, was made to the Capital Markets Board.
