Announcement regarding administrative fine
As a result of the audit report issued by the inspectors of the Ministry of Customs and Trade and with regards to the Law on Consumer Protection no. 6502 and no. 4077 (abrogated), the Provincial Directorate of Industry and Commerce of the Governorship of Istanbul has imposed an administrative fine against our Bank in the amount of 110,110,000 TL. The administrative fine shall be made in advance to take advantage of the ¼ discount in accordance with article 17/6 of the Law on Misdemeanors No. 5326 reserving all objection rights.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
