Announcement regarding Syndicated Loan Agreement
Our bank signed a sustainability syndicated loan deal that consists of 95,75 million US Dollars and 99,275 million Euros with 367 days and 191,5 million US Dollars and 36 million Euros with 734 days maturity which in total makes around 440 million US Dollars.
Our syndicated loan deal consists of participants from 20 countries and 43 financial institutions. The total cost of the deal for USD and EUR is SOFR + 1,60% and Euribor + 1,35% respectively for 367 day tranches and the total cost of the deal for USD and EUR is SOFR + 2,00% and Euribor + 1,75% respectively for 734 days tranche.
