Announcement regarding Non-Performing Loan Sale
T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. has sold its non-performing loan portfolio receivables originating from credit cards, general purpose loans and overdraft loans in the total principal amount of TL 139,880,230.00 in two tranches, details of which are as below;
i. The portfolio in the amount of TL 69.925.529,00 was sold to RCT Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for a price of TL 12,401,123.00,
ii. The portfolio in the amount of TL 69.954.701,00 was sold to Final Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for a price of TL 11,911,456.00.
