Announcement regarding Head Office organizational changes
At our Board of Directors meeting dated December 5, 2012, it was resolved that the Head Office be authorized to undertake operations concerning Head Office organizational changes listed below:
- To combine Treasury and Investment Banking Departments under the same Executive Vice President and to change the name of the position as “Treasury and Investment Banking Executive Vice President”,
- To transfer the following departments; Investment Banking Brokerage Services, Investment Banking Product Management, Insurance and Pension Coordination, to the “Treasury and Investment Banking Executive Vice President”,
- To accept the resignation of Uruz ERSÖZOĞLU, currently the Executive Vice President in charge of Treasury, as of January 1, 2013 and for Gökhan ERÜN, currently responsible for Human Resources, Training and Investment Banking, to continue his duty as Executive Vice President in charge of Treasury and Investment Banking as of January 1, 2013,
- To establish a new Executive Vice President position responsible for coordination of the subsidiaries of the Bank and representation of those on behalf of the Bank, named “Domestic and Overseas Subsidiaries Coordination” and for Turgay GÖNENSİN, currently responsible for Commercial Banking, to continue his duty as Executive Vice President in charge of “Domestic and Overseas Subsidiaries Coordination”,
- To appoint Recep BAŞTUĞ as the Executive Vice President in charge of Commercial Banking,
- To transfer “Customer Satisfaction Department” to Delivery Channels line, currently reporting to Didem BAŞER as Executive Vice President; and to change the name of the position as “Delivery Channels and Customer Satisfaction Executive Vice President”.
