Announcement Regarding the Prices of Warrants Issued by T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş.
Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. being the market maker and T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. being the issuer, 16 warrants will start to be traded on Warrants Market under Borsa Istanbul Collective Products Market as of 28 April 2014 (today). The initial sale prices are presented in the table below. Such prices will be applied at the session start and the sales price may differ after the warrants start to be traded on the stock market. It should be noted that the warrants may not be traded at the initial sale prices during the session.
