Summary regarding bank bonds to be issued
The “Summary” approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey on November 5, 2014, regarding to public offering of two bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 250,000,000 with a maturity of 81 days, in the nominal amount of TL 150,000,000 with a maturity of 169 days, and a discounted bond in the nominal amount of 350,000,000 TL with a maturity of 368 days is enclosed herewith. Please be informed that the enclosed document is in Turkish.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
