The “Summary” approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey on Feb 26, 2016, regarding to public offering of bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 50,000,000 with a maturity of 94 days and discounted bond in the nominal amount of TL 250,000,000 with a maturity of 370 days is enclosed herewith.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
