Announcement regarding summary regarding bank bonds to be issued
The “Summary” approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey on September 10, 2014, regarding to public offering of two bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 450,000,000 with a maturity of 105 days and in the nominal amount of TL 300,000,000 with a maturity of 161 days is enclosed herewith.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
