Announcement regarding administrative fine
Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. (Garanti ) on 18.08.2015 and 30.09.2015
With the public disclosure referenced above, it was announced that the Ministry of Customs and Trade has imposed an administrative fine on our Bank, our Bank has paid such fine and filed a lawsuit for cancellation of the administrative fine in due time.
The lawsuit process is still ongoing and further developments will be disclosed to the public.
