Announcement regarding EUR 250 million securitization
Our bank has secured EUR 250 million of financing with the transaction completed under its Diversified Payment Rights securitization program on December 20th, 2010. The funding is granted directly by EIB in the amount of EUR 75 million with 12 years maturity, by EBRD in the amount of EUR 75 million with 12 years maturity, by West LB in the amount of EUR 100 million with 5 years maturity.
