Announcement Regarding the Warrants to be Traded on the Stock Exchange
In accordance with the Capital Markets Board decision dated May 24, 2013 and numbered 18/574, out of 5 billion warrants with a total nominal value of TL 50,000,000 which are allowed to be issued by T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş in one-year period, 350 million warrants with a nominal value of TL 3,500,000 (details of which are given in the attached table) will start to be traded on Borsa Istanbul Collective Products Market, as of 26 December 2013 with the initial sale price which will be announced on the Public Disclosure Platform prior to start of the session.
