Garanti BBVA Secures EUR 400 Million DPR Financing

Garanti BBVA has secured a total of EUR 400 million in Diversified Payment Rights (DPR) financing from international markets with maturities of 1,907 and 2,547 days under its international borrowing program. As the Bank’s first DPR financing since 2019, the transaction allocates EUR 100 million in total to support the investment and growth needs of women and young entrepreneurs.

In line with its strategy of diversifying funding sources in international markets and strengthening access to long-term financing, Garanti BBVA has completed a EUR 400 million Diversified Payment Rights (DPR) financing transaction.

Based on the Bank’s existing and future foreign currency-denominated payment orders, the DPR structure provides long-term funding while contributing to the diversification of wholesale funding sources.
